De Badkamer Renovatie (debadkamerrenovatie.nl, reachable via info@debadkamerrenovatie.nl) processes personal data exclusively to handle your quote request. This statement explains which data we process and your rights under the GDPR (AVG).

Which data do we process?

When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and city, and the project details you provide (type of renovation, size, preferred start date and indicative budget). We ask no more than necessary to provide you with a suitable quote.

What do we use your data for?

To handle your request and connect you with an affiliated renovation partner who can offer you a quote. Legal basis: performance of the intermediation you requested and your consent given via the form. Your data is never sold for other purposes and never used for unsolicited marketing.

Sharing with affiliated renovation partners

Our service consists of matching your quote request with a screened, affiliated renovation partner (such as a contractor or bathroom specialist). By submitting the quote form and ticking the consent box, you agree that we transfer your request data to this partner: your name, contact details, postcode and city, and the project details you provided. The partner will contact you directly to discuss your request and offer you a quote. For that processing, the partner acts as an independent data controller under the GDPR. We may receive a fee from the affiliated partner for this intermediation.

Legal bases for sharing: performance of the intermediation you requested (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent via the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent or object at any time via info@debadkamerrenovatie.nl. We will then no longer share your data and will ask the partner to delete it. Our partners may only use your data to handle your request — not for other purposes or unsolicited marketing.

Retention period

We keep request data for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless an agreement is concluded — in which case statutory (fiscal) retention periods of 7 years apply to administrative records.

Processors

We use a form-processing service to deliver the quote form and anonymised analytics for website statistics. Where required by the GDPR, we conclude data processing agreements with processors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and the right to object to processing or withdraw your consent. Email info@debadkamerrenovatie.nl — we respond within 4 weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
